Reference quality, Chromosome level, Genome Assemblies of Nicotiana benthamiana LAB and QLD

As a public service we, the Nicotiana benthamiana Sequencing Consortium, have generated high quality genome assemblies for both the LAB strain and the wild QLD strain of N. benthamiana (details published August 2023 in Nature Plants (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41477-023-01489-8) and provide an interactive Web Apollo genome browser platform for these genomes (to access click appropriate button below). The most recent versions available are 3.6 for the LAB strain and 1.83 for the QLD strain.
If you use data from this site in a publication, please cite our paper:

Please note the BLAST function in WebApollo is now under the Search Tab on right-hand panel. Please use BLAST not BLAT (BLAT not yet functioning on our current Apollo).

Please reannotate any gene model that you believe to be incorrect. We will incorporate modifications regularly after examining your reannotation.
